Please observe the following notes:

As of 2015, there are new regulations for implementing demand-driven supervision comprising a binding specification of the demand-driven supervision.

The BGW requests that even before training, the demand-driven supervision is agreed in writing with the entrepreneur. Then, every participant will have a valid written proof after the first training that the supervision is specified and the they can rely on in-house medical care and safety-related supervision to be organised.

According to the BGW, some regulatory authorities do not accept the training certificate as single proof for a written appointment of a specialist for occupational safety and a company doctor (see § 2 and § 5 Occupational Safety Act). Therefore, the employer must provide additional proof of the demand-driven supervision.

Demand-driven supervision

The requested written appointment of a specialist for occupational safety and/or a company doctor acc. to § 2 and § 5 Occupational Safety Act also applies for the demand-driven supervision. In addition to the training for the alternative demand-driven supervision, the appointment of the demand-driven supervision must be laid down in writing.

The employer must be able to give the name of the supervising specialist for occupational safety and of the supervising company doctor to the employees. In this, it is not sufficient to list the company doctors and the specialists for occupation safety. Those must also be aware that they are in charge of supervising the company. The regulatory authority can check any time whether a law-compliant supervision is given.

From the day of training on, ADT-Zielke offers you the demand-driven supervision (counselling via telephone) and other services for occupational safety and health protection for your company.

Please call us in time. We also offer for one year from the day of training on a demand-driven supervision (counselling via telephone) and other services for occupational safety and health protection for your company for a flat fee according to our current price list.
